No doubt some of you are so inclined to seek out the no-brainer, easy-entry opportunities which don’t ask you for $200 or $500 to step up and work it.

Not even $97…or $9…

Or even $1

How about starting 2009 with the first company built exclusively for people who market online, one with beneficial products we can use in our businesses?

Such as for email marketing, webinar tools, audio/video content creation, etc; making for the most intergrated marketing tool to hit the internet years?

What if this company has a pedigree of some of the biggest internet marketing millionaires – and Simon Grabowski, the CEO of GetResponse behind it?

And that people are signing up right now for $0.00 every 10 seconds?

Well, if you’re fast on finding out you’d better do so before next week…

Because Web Prosperity is in Pre-Launch until Launch on Tuesday 6th January 2009

While flicking through online trends, I came across a campaign by a former Las Vegas casino guy who’s created a system for helping those roulette fanatics out there who actually win at it a lot more often.

Robert Aiello has apparently put his 33 years in the casino game into his Ultimate Roulette System, so I was curious as to how the credibility factor was supported by the product. Took a look at the salespage and $47 pricing for the system, which he says is worth $500.

Now, for “breaking his silence” in producing something he says reveals “what all the casinos don’t want you to know”, is he charging too little? Bearing in mind ‘Perceived Value’, would a lot of gamblers in the roulette niche actually feel it can’t be worth much at $47? Or would they say that accessibility-wise, there’s nothing wrong with doing that?

Look at the salespage and decide for yourself; feel free to comment too.

Here’s a video as well.

If you have any thoughts on gambling or roulette as niches to study for market potential, let me know. Cheers.

You’ve probably heard it said at least 100 times: how anyone — even you — from any walk of life can get an internet business up & running in a matter of days.

Some say that making money online is actually very easy but there is a difference between making pennies per hour or dollars per hour of work.

Some people may only be making pennies and are sick of it already…

Like one allegedly frustrated blogger who has challenged one of the world’s top online business experts to actually prove it himself for all to see.

Well, Derek Gehl of The Internet Marketing Center (IMC) has gamely decided to take up the blogger’s X-Treme Internet Business Challenge and let you freely watch him Live on Video between Monday April 21st – Thursday 24th 2008, as he starts from scratch with:

No Business Idea – No Product – No Website – No Customer List and No Traffic

- and turn his own personal hobby into money-making business.

Just as his team at IMC have done for hundreds of other regular people for more than 10 years, helping them earn annual incomes of $20,000, $100,000 and more. Look at their Marketing Tips website and you’ll learn how they turned a $25 investment into a $60m online marketing empire in just a few short years. It is now said that any person Derek helps has been able to achieve success and financial freedom they’d never dreamt of before via internet marketing. Many people go to Derek’s seminars and listen to him speak because of his track record of being able to help anyone who starts a venture in the internet world become successful.

While having one of the best paying, highest converting affiliate programs in the internet marketing niche, they are renowned for their educational products on all the major topics like SEO, EBooks, eBay and email marketing. Under Derek’s direction the IMC is continuing in its unrivaled marketing success, just as it did with the late Corey Rudl at the helm.

The 2007 World Internet Summit held in United Kingdom was a huge success. Judging on the number of participants, the enthusiasm that they demonstrated, and the overwhelming number of success stories from the attendees, it can be said that the summit served its purpose. It was a meeting of great minds and eager learners. And with the recent World Internet Summit 2008 held in Sydney, Australia on March 13-16, one question still hangs: will the next Summit be as successful as these prior ones?

Over the course of the 4-day Sydney event, renowned UK copywriter Alan Forrest Smith underwent the special World Internet Challenge where he created a fund-raising campaign for The Pachamama Alliance, an Amazon Rainforest charity; all done live on stage in front of a 450-strong captive audience. The aim was to raise $100,000.00 by the close of the Summit through donations made online on a designated website.

After showing the audience every step behind the campaign, Mr Forrest Smith recently reported that over $53,958.00 was achieved by that final Sunday evening.

The official website of the World Internet Summit entices participants by promising that right after their attendance, these people are going to be given a chance to literally make thousands of dollars right after the seminar! It is an amazing promise to make and the world of online businesses has yet to make its verdict.

For some, this could be too good to be true but for the organizers, this is highly achievable. Those who attended for 4 straight days were given licenses that would allow them to sell 2 products that haven’t been introduced on any market before. The organizers also promised that the system will be spoon-fed to the attendees which would make them worthy to immediately sell the products. Again, just like in 2007, they aim to do stuff that other events could only dream to achieve.

The 2008 summit taught the basics of internet marketing and why practically anyone would be able to make money online. Many people all over the globe have taken advantage of this great opportunity and they have fired their bosses just because they already can! This seminar promises to produce many more housewives, students, and ex-office workers who will be earning more than they have ever imagined.

The key speakers at the World Internet Summit Australia 2008 included: Tom Hua, Brett McFall, Adam Ginsberg, Ewen Chia, Alan Forrest Smith, Tim Brocklehurst, and Tracy Repchuk (who made close to $100,000 in her first 3 months alone).

The list of topics that attendees experienced included the following:

1. Steps on creating a web page (from zero to the final touches)
2. How to decide on what products to sell online.
3. How a traditional business (or an offline business) can also be transformed into an online success.
4. How to sell physical and information products on the Internet.
5. How to establish overseas market opportunities.
6. The creation of information products that is sure to make a 99% profit from Day 1.
7. How to hunt for public domain products and make a profit out of them.
8. The basics of product creation and how to sell them on the Internet.

The organizers further promised that the participants will surely meet only the best people (those who earn $10,000,000 annually for putting into practice what they teach other people). Attendees also walked away with gifts such as VIP tickets to 5 other events similar to the Summit.

The fee for the World Internet Summit Austrlia 2008 is $997. Looking at all the opportunities for growth that these experts are offering, what is a small price of below a thousand dollars when compared to what you might be earning in just a few days! Just think about it – being your own boss while sitting on hundreds (if not thousands) of bucks.

One marketing concept that has been introduced on the advertisements of the early 40’s was an idea called unique selling points (also more popularly known as unique selling proposition). The theory on USP explains that propositions are presented to the customers and these would eventually convince them to buy the products for the first time, or to switch brands. The term USP came from Ted Bates & Company; from an individual named Rosser Reeves.

Nowadays, USPs are used by major businesses and corporations to make effective marketing campaigns. It has long since evolved from its early 40’s version. Take a look at some of the most famous taglines of our time:

1. ‘We deliver’ for FedEx.

2. ‘Melts in your mouth, not in your hands.’ for M&M’s.

3. ‘Coke is it.’

4. ‘The Citi that Never Sleeps.’ for Citibank.

The concept of having taglines is to be able to sell the product with fewer words as possible. It’s like taking down two or more targets with just one shot—one tagline says it all. USP is now more than just a marketing term. It is now being employed on all types of media design, branding, advertising (and on all mediums such as newspaper, radio, TV, etc).

Creating a tagline for products is just a small aspect of having unique selling points. USP could also mean changing the design of the company logo—even the company logo itself is a unique selling point. There are many more aspects to having USP such as choosing the right color for a certain product or the creation of the right packaging. Unique selling proposition is all about visual and intellectual stimulation and being able to convey the message with just a single photograph or a single sentence (oftentimes, even mere logos work—it worked for McDonald’s with their golden arch and Nike with their swoosh sign).

Promotions could also be good ways to encourage more consumers to buy a certain product or even to prefer to buy a product above another one. Another method is to make more choices available to your clients. Which would make us conclude that unique selling points are almost synonymous with marketing strategies (in fact, it’s a small portion the marketing strategy itself).

The latest trend on USPs is: for very expensive commodities such as automobiles—they have to have longer accounts on the features and benefits; while daily goods can do away with mere taglines. Unique selling points could also be highlighted with values. It is not just about being distinctive anymore but also by conveying to the consumers the value of trustworthiness. A good business provides not only the goods but also satisfaction and dependability.

For instance, a pizza joint that states: ‘The Best Pizza in Town’ could be easily overpowered by another which has the tagline ‘We Deliver Your Pizza in 30 Minutes or It’s Free’. The first tagline simply states that they can provide you with a good, palatable pizza but the second one guarantees more than that. The game is now all about quality and dependability since the consumers are now well-educated.

Nowadays, USPs are everywhere. They’re on print ads such as newspapers and magazines; even on TV, radio, billboards, and on the Internet. It is so far-reaching that it’s no longer possible not to be touched by their power; they are the very essence of marketing campaigns.

Ultimately, it’s about answering your prospective buyer’s (often non-verbalised) question:

“What’s the reason(s) I should buy/get/use/accept this [item/service] from you rather than someone else?”

For more unique information about USPs, check out what Brett McFall has to say as part of http://www.worldinternetcourse.com

There has been so much raving for the birth of Web 3.0 (also known as Semantic Web). This is with a good reason especially when the two webs – 2.0 and 3.0 are being pitted against each other. There are also ongoing debates as to which technology actually came first, was it the Web 2.0 technology or that of Web 3.0?

The technology of Web 2.0 began at the very end of the 90’s wherein Microsoft created JavaScript to be able to support Microsoft OWA (and also other types of software). Web 2.0 has contributed much on the consolidation of chat, e-mails, and also newsgroups which were very popular since the 80’s. With these going public (evolving into blogging and social networks), the pages are now written on the HTML format rather than just pure text.

Web 2.0 was the very essence of hypertext and what were once mere newsgroups are now rampant social networks and uncontrollable blogs. By 1996, XML which was copied from SGML has been tagged as the next language of the Internet. By 1997 up until 1999, the Semantic web has started as a definite model. Despite the technologies offered by Web 2.0, Tim Berners-Lee tagged it as ‘insignificant’.

TBL wanted to make a difference by giving idea to the creation of machines that would not only do people’s commands but also interpret these commands and to think on their own. Web 3.0 is not just about information, machines, and humans—it is the stage where news, entertainment, work, love, and basically life itself become alive. Humans are now not merely spectators but a part of the web.

These great expectations are the very reasons why Web 3.0 has had troubles in getting serious. The very thought that machines can have minds of their own is a challenging notion to some. Just imagine a world where the main manpower consists of machines and humans take the backseat.

With Web 3.0, data evolve into more than just information—it could become relationships, connectivity, and functionality. Tim Berners-Lee did not spend almost a decade of his life in developing most of the Internet content for nothing. Web 3.0 has to be better than its predecessor.

Web 2.0 is the haven for search engines and it still is. But very soon, there would be freedom from their clout. The Semantic web will be the world of thousands or, perhaps, even millions of webs (although the term web is no longer applicable as it is already the merging of data, information, and applications).

Web 3.0 is already in use and even governments trust it. That is a major gauge as to the advanced features of the Semantic web (else any government wouldn’t employ it). Adobe and Yahoo have also done the same and have jumped into the wagon.

Although Web 2.0 may be tagged as outdated or an antique, the fact that Web 3.0 evolved from it is enough to conclusion that it helped prepare the way for the better web version. The former isn’t totally dead but many are going crazy about the mere mention of Web 3.0. in fact, many believe that Web 2.0 just existed as a bridge between Web 1.0 and Web 3.0. The world has every reason to herald the forthcoming of the third version.

For those who are in the dark, the web has numbered versions. Not too many people know this truth but, a few years back, a guy named Dale Dougherty envisioned Web 2.0. This is despite the fact that the whole world was in chaos because of the crash of the dot-com. People were losing hope that the Internet would ever rise again but Dougherty never gave up. The Web 2.0 Conference in 2005 gave way to the birth of the World Wide Web.

Web 2.0 has come to depict practically each site, technology, or service which are promoting collaboration and sharing even down to the Internet’s roots. Blogging, tags, wikis, RSS feeds, Flickr, del.icio.us, MySpace, and YouTube were the first fruits. The world has been a witness to the evolution of the Web from its 1.0 phase to Web 2.0. Looking at the great developments on the web’s history, people are wondering what is in store for those who would be able to witness the coming of Web 3.0.

Net technologies are constantly evolving: in the minds of geniuses in universities, in prime corporations, and many other great minds out there. Most of the online population coin the term Semantic web to Web 3.0. This is somehow in connection to Tim Berners-Lee’s invention of the World Wide Web.

Basically, Web 3.0 is a location where web pages are read by machines just like humans read them. This is also a place where search engines abound. Looking at it on a layman’s perspective, it simply means a single database for the whole world (well, this is not quite simple when you begin to fathom the work it’s going to take to make this happen).

Some are skeptical about the birth of this modern Internet idea of Berners-Lee in 2001. He began with an idea where the Semantic Web can have agents that would take care of people’s schedules (even down to the setting of appointments). Semantic web agents can be programmed to do just about anything else (processing of research papers or even booking vacations). All it takes for these agents to become a reality, according to its author, is for the web to be re-annotated.

Nowadays, Web 3.0 is more than just a dream. Official standards which describe the metadata that would make information machine readable are now practically everywhere—they are already in place in RDF (Recourse Description Framework), OWL (Web Ontology Language), there is even a development platform in HP called Jena and structures are to be found in the Spatial database tool of Oracle.

The technology of Web 3.0 is evident in Google Gears which allows users to create web applications even when offline. The Adobe Flash player lets application developers have some access to the microphone and webcam. Pretty soon, it would be possible to drag then drop files from the desktop all the way to a web browser.

More awesome features await those who would want to experience Web 3.0: spectacular graphics, hi-def video and audio, seamless animations, and 3D. The present day’s generations of web front-end engineers are very lucky to have Web 3.0. Fragmentation which could result when technologies skyrocket could be moderated with the use of JavaScript toolkits.

These could very well be the vision that Berners-Lee saw. It’s more than just storing and sharing information now—the Internet could do far more complex actions that would make Web 1.0 and Web 2.0 seem ‘Neanderthal’ in comparison.

This past week the Australian version of the Summit went down in Sydney, featuring copywriting maverick Alan Forrest Smith’s World Internet Challenge to raise big dollars for a rainforest charity. As the 4-Day Event has ended today and featured some of WIS-UK’s speakers, I’m wondering whether it gave the people who attended even more high-value strategies than what my 500-strong group got in Earl’s Court.
Meantime you get to watch and repeatedly absorb the World Internet Summit UK 2007 Home Study Course education on DVD right now:

In today’s world, commodities do not only mean tangible products that are put into everyday use. Today, commodities include knowledge and information, and they too, can be a source of income. Let’s face it – information products are selling like hotcakes (they account for billions of income for thousands of entrepreneurs yearly).

People are willing to shell out money for information because of their thirst for knowledge; sometimes they’re plainly interested in something; or because they have need for certain data. Wouldn’t it be nice to be the one to provide the information that they want (or need) and be able to earn from it. That is what information product creation is all about.

The usual methods of selling information include affiliate marketing, the use of eBay, resale rights, and content sites. One could also opt to create an e-book that people can download at a certain amount. Those who are passionate in sharing their expertise on something could also help train other people by selling training courses online. The possibilities to earn by using one’s knowledge or expertise are limitless.

Perhaps the latest on info-product sales is being able to do business even when you are offline. It’s more like taking your website everywhere, every time. Try taking business cards with you when you are not infront of your computer and distribute it to people that you meet (just make sure that the name of your site is highly noticeable on those cards). It would also be better if the actual look of the website is printed on your business cards.

Added income is possible when an ‘infopreneur’ would take advantage of what’s happening around him at the moment. This means that where there are trends or fads, make the most out of selling information about them. Begin by creating a ‘fad site’ where all your fad information would go.

Another hot item would be speech information during election period. With the many needs for speeches and talks, someone who has absolute knowledge on the creation of a good speech would be making big bucks. Going back on e-books, even if you do not have skills in writing, as long as you could hire someone ‘out there’ to do it for you, you could still earn some great money.

Another great way to earn some extra income is by adding articles to your site. This is one surefire way of getting the attention of search engines out there. It is time-consuming, though, to add hundreds of articles to your site, especially if writing is not your forte.

Now that you know what to sell or what to create, make use of the power of testimonials for the information products that you are selling. The power of the positive words of others who have used the information that you have provided will greatly encourage others to buy it. If this fails, make freebies out of your information products. Give the customers a sip of the beverage that they would surely buy once they get to taste it. For instance, give away a 15-page informational e-book when a customer buys one other e-book from you.

There are so many ways to innovate the creation of your info products. Earning money online with the use of your brain has never been this satisfying.
